About The Apps!

This app is an instrumental part of most of my (hundreds) of AAC evaluations. I use it to give me information about simple touch access, discrimination with distractors, quick receptive vocab skills, and language organizational knowledge (categorization, association, problem solving with symbols). I love that it creates a data sheet that I just screen shot and save after each student to print later. I don't see this as a therapy tool but an effective way to get quick, systematic information that relates to my AAC device decisions.
Great little app to use with kids who like to indiscriminately tap the screen. I am working with a little boy who didn't attend well to several apps and in no time he was learning to wait for the correct time to respond and LOOK For the correct picture to start the next song segment

This app is great for pre-literacy skills. Uses real photos which is nice to see.
